Abstract
The information of safety confirmation is needed for the rescue operation at the early stage of the disaster such as earthquakes. Some safety confirmation systems using cellular phones are proposed. The drawback of these systems is traffic congestion in connection of cellular phones system. In this study, we design a disaster safety confirmation system that can use for the rescue operation and experiment on making the system practicable
